-  MBA or higher degree in Marketing, Economic and Management, Media Advertising

-  At least 5 years professional  working  experience  in management and advertising agency especially, Media Department

-  Excellence computer literacy

-  Excellence English, Thai is plus

-  Ability  to energize and develop people 

-  Excellence interpersonal and communications skills

-  Ability to prioritise effectively and work to the tight deadlines

-  Ability to work autonomously  as well as part of a team

- Ability to interact with people from varied cultural backgrounds.
