• Following extensive training at Conical Hat, your responsibility will be to manage the successful delivery of solutions and related services to our clients.
• Prepare implementation plans and get signed off by Implementation Manager
• Interview client and help gather all information related to solution
• Prepare system for installation
• Provide training to Conical Hat clients
• Update all documentations such as system Help File and training materials
• Help priorities IT resources and liaise with Research & Development team
• Liaise with Partner Support Helpdesk

Essential Requirements

• University Degree
• Very good English spoken and written
• Strong computer skills and a passion to learn new software
• Must have positive attitude, willingness to learn and communicate with local and international individuals
• No prior experience required since you will be trained but it is an advantage if you have relevant experience in any of the below:
• Teaching MS Office, Peachtree, Quickbooks or other software solutions
• Prior work experience in Hospitality industry
• Prior work experience in Accounting Department
• Prior work experience implementing software solutions
