Job Description | | | -Answer phones and respond to customer requests -Provide customer with product and service information -Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff -Identify research and resolve customer issue using computer system -Follow up on customer in quires not immediately resolved -Complete call logs and reports -Recommend processimprovement -Other duties as assigned | | | |

Required Skills/Experience | | | -Willing to work hour 5.00Pm-9.00Pm(Monday-Friday)8.00Am-5.00Pm(Saturday-Sunday), -Female only -Finished study at university -Experience 2-3 years -Good at listening and talking the phone,friendly -Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with customers,co-workers, & various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner. -Excellent communication in English and Khmer(verbal and written)and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes,Chinese is advance -Good listening and problem solving skills -Previous telephone experience in handling customer calls is a plus -Skills in supporting business development planning ,documentation and implementation | | | |
