Duties & Job responsibilities:
- Ensures and enhances the company''s productivity through ensuring the quality and the commitment of the personnel through implementing effective human resource strategies.
- In charge of the coordination, auditing, and administration of payroll and benefits policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains Human Resource Manuals and handbooks.
- Plans, develops and implements methods of selection, promotion and compensation for the personnel.
- Continually develops new training and organizational programs.

- Must have at least 5 years experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years experience as Human Resources Manager.
- Possess excellent communication and evaluation
