Ltd. was founded in March 2000 by a groupof friends with the objective of providing financial services to lowincome clients through small loans to individuals, groups and small tomedium-sized enterprises (SMEs). MAXIMA aims to contribute to theeconomic and social progress of rural Cambodia by making creditavailable to those who lack access to loans from traditional commercialbanks. By making credit available to the rural poor, MAXIMA's clients,using their natural skills and harnessing their entrepreneurial spirit,are given the opportunity to start a new business or expand upon anexisting one. MAXIMA MIKROHERANHVATHO CO., LTD was founded in March 2000 with the initial objective and mission of providing adequate loans and financial services to low income clients as individuals, groups, or small and medium businesses (SMEs). MAXIMA aims to provide sustainable access to credit for its clients and focus its efforts on those individuals living in rural areas. We lend to those who will use the capital to start a new business or to expand in order to increase their household income. MAXIMA is currently operating in Phnom Penh and Kandal Province. We are looking for a Deputy Branch Manager to work in our areas of operation in Kandal Province.
- Deputy Branch Manger (Based in Khien Svay District, Kandal Province)
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Certifying on proposal and annual expense plan for branch
- Leading and Developing annual expense plan in branch
- Control and check the financial statement
- Assist branch manager in all operating activities
- Participating in recruiting the employees (credit agent, security guard and cleaner)
- Supporting, monitoring and evaluating staff at office and on the field
- Make approval on requested loan
- Monitor and evaluate the disbursement plan
- Control cash transfer
- Control inventories.
- Fulfill other tasks as required.

job Requirement:
- Holding Bachelor Degree in the filed of management, accounting, finance and banking.
- Fluent in speaking, or writing, and reading English.
- Good computer skills
- Good communication and team work skill.
