To strengthen its quality to be accredited by the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC) and international community.
Toprovide education and training with the highest quality, morality,virtue, conscience, discipline, and bravery so as to meet the nationaland international labor market needs
To undertake integration to share management experience, curriculum development, student exchange, and field trips.
To develop competent human resources to fulfill the national andinternational labor market needs to contribute to the development ofthe country
To ensure the sustainable development of the university

To ensure the sustainable development of the university
- assist in the implementation in the framework of international program, conventions with foreign Universities, international University networks and internship periods abroad
- support scientific and teaching structures and services in administering and organizing all institutional activities carried out in collaboration with international organizations
- promote actions/plan activities to widen the international contacts and collaborations of USEA
- promote actions to increase the development of joint qualifications and courses in terms of fires level and second level degree courses and graduate courses
- facilitate access to international training programs to promotes and organize international cooperation initiatives
- promote the teaching internationalization process through new course and training initiatives in Khmer and English.
