- Work under supervision by Food & Beverage Department Manager. - Push Staff motivation and promotion of hotel and restaurant products and services. - Upgrade of policy and procedure for Food and Beverage Department. - Prepare and revise Action Plan for F&B department. - Follow up staff hygiene and grooming, attitude, and behaviour to make sure that they are complies with the internal rules and regulation of hotel. - Staff Training and evaluating. - Prepare budget request for Food & Beverage Department which is approved by F&B Manager and General Manager.
job Requirement: - Age 20-35 year old - Cambodia citizen only - Male, Female - Dynamic and pleasant personality - Good health, Good communication, and Interpersonal skill. - Hard-working and honesty - Good relationship with people - Flexible and long hours sometimes required; long hours standing and/or walking. - Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. - Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations. - At least 2-3 year experience in dining room/restaurant and/or banquet management in a luxury private club, resort or high-end restaurant. - Graduated University in Business Administrative or equivalent. - Be able to read, written and spoken English or other language - A sound working knowledge of computer (Ms. Office, Internet & E-mail)
