One of the GTZ programmes inCambodia, co-financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperationand Development, the European Commission, AusAID and the RoyalCambodian Government is the “to the Identification of Poor HouseholdsProgramme” in the Ministry of Planning.
TheGTZ Programme “Technical Cooperation to the Identification of PoorHouseholds Programme”, has been supporting the Ministry of Planning todevelop and implement standardised procedures for identification ofpoor households, in order to facilitate the provision of targetedservices and assistance to poor households. - Coordinating and managing the logistics of program implementation in the SPACE modelling province (either Battambang or Kampong Chhnang)
- Maintaining close connection and good relations with the councils and other key provincial actors in the modelling province
- Ongoing coaching of sub-national councils in the modelling province with reference to coaching modules developed by the Program
- Being on-call to the councils to support ongoing needs within a framework focused on effective deliberation and engagement by the councils
- Regularly liaising with other stakeholders providing support sub-national government structures in the coach's area of work
- Supporting the revision, improvement and maintenance of coaching materials
- Maintaining close connection and good relations with the councils and other key provincial actors in the modelling province
- Ongoing coaching of sub-national councils in the modelling province with reference to coaching modules developed by the Program

job Requirement:
- University degree in public administration, law, business administration or similar
- Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in related positions
- Experience directly working in and/or with government
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of the Decentralization and Deconcentration reform process in Cambodia , including its practical implications at the sub-national level
- Knowledge and understanding of both national and sub-national government structures, systems and processes
- University degree in public administration, law, business administration or similar
- Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in related positions
- Experience directly working in and/or with government
- Experience in project management
