Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making
organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs
more than 450 dedicated staff. It provides training in different skills
to maltreated, destitute and uneducated children who
scavenge to survive or work in difficult and dangerous situations
around Phnom Penh suburbs. PSE is seeking for a Fully Qualified
Cambodian National for the vacant position of Sihanouk Ville
Center Manager, based in Sihanouk Ville.

- Plan and implement the action plan and budget plan

- Supervise and manage staff

- Administer and facilitate logistics and administration

- Define, set up and monitor a clear objective for staff

- Follow up and solve all problems both students and staff

- Create and organize activities for students in the center

- Closely cooperate with social section and external training
section in Phnom Penh

- Liaise with local authorities and other institutions

- Identify and select the students based on PSE’s criteria

- Control the absence of students

- Write a report for the director

- Bachelor or Master degree in Management, Social Science,
Psychology or Other related fields

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in social work or
community development

- Experience in communication with companies, NGOs or local
authorities

- Strong knowledge or experience in management, counseling/
conflict resolution

- Have a driving license

- Good command of English ( French is prioritized)

- Computer literacy Ms. Office

- Good interpersonal skills with professional attitude

- Creative, independent and dynamic

- Be able to work under pressure, after hours and night time

- Respect and value the vision and morality of organization
