- Full support to HR management & operational in all functions such as recruitment and selection, employee development, compensation and benefit management - Arrangement employee contract - Handle all policies and procedures creation and update. - Control attendance and leaving - Organize and maintains HR system, record & follow up pending matter - Public relation with local and other authorities - Tasks assign by Top Management
job Requirement: - Minimum of 2 year experience at a management level in HR & Admin - Experience in employee administration and HR policies, practices and procedures - Knowledge of Cambodian Labor and Government Laws. - Good command in spoken and written English - Experience in dealing with workforce or operations environment.
