  • * To develop and sustain a customer-oriented culture by improving and executing customer service strategies or customer care programme and performance.
    * Highly motivated and able to present effective solutions to customers within specified time frame set.
    * Manage and monitor the customer service overall performance, develop strategies to achieve goals or targets set.
    * Responsible for continuous process improvement within the department to deliver strong customer service ethics.
    * Act as the key point of contact for the local media in market. Responsible for media relations, media monitoring, press release distribution, media database management, corporate communications.
    * Establish strategy to retain top and profitable customers.
    job Requirement:
    # Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor''s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Service Management or equivalent.
    # At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    # Conversant in both spoken and written English.
