Job Description:
The objective of Handicap International Belgium (HIB) is to help peoplewith disabilities to regain their independence, dignity and rights.Full Time 3 1 Community Development, Social Work Siem Reap ; MBA Male/Female ~
The objective of Handicap International Belgium (HIB) is to help peoplewith disabilities to regain their independence, dignity and rights.
- Development of project activities including: development of psycho-social support system for persons with disability connected to the project (case management, counselling, family intervention, etc.), development of an empowerment training curriculum for self help groups connected to the project
- Development of Project Documents including: Empowerment Training Curriculum for Self Help Groups, CFA Project Manual, Terms of Reference or Memorandum of Understanding with project partners, etc
- Monitoring of the project activities via monthly spot checks of staff activities and quarterly impact assessment surveys
- Prepare monthly reports to the Rights and Inclusion Deputy Program Manager
- Manage budget planning, expenditure and reporting to ensure financial transparency of the project
- Manage and capacities build one field supervisor and three field officers in Siem Reap Province, including field officers who are based in rural districts such as Kralanh and Srei Snam
