Job Description: - Manage Sales Representatives and their performance within the respective territory
- Generate orders to drive and achieve volume
- Activate MDC/Wholesales and outlets
- Manage material placement, merchandising standard
- Manage and lead the growth and product availability within assigned territory
- Develop Sales Representative, and key dealers
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required
- BBA in Marketing, Management or any equivalence,
- Having a minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales from FMCG company
- Demonstrates financial management capabilities
- Good communication and hardworking, willing to travel
- Leadership, negotiation and problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Khmer, PC literate
