Job Description: - Manage Sales Rep and their performance within the respective territory
- Activate new account and maintain existing customers
- Handle and solve customers’ complain and problem
- Manage modern trade outlets by conduct regular visits to ensure they give excellent order generation and service delivery
- Conduct competitor activities, pricing, and consumer research
- Prepare monthly and annually demand planning within the respective territory to propose to management
- Formulate, manage budged and credit policy
- Provide team with deploying sales and marketing strategies that deliver company Sales, Market Share and Profitability objectives
- Capture report as per required
- Other jobs assign by Sale and Marketing Manager
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, master’s degree would be an advantage
- Having a minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales from FMCG company
- Strong background in sales and marketing
- Good communication in English (spoken and written)
- Leadership, negotiation and problem solving skill
- Hardworking, and willing to travel
- Good computer skill (Ms. World, Ms. Excel, and PowerPoint)
