Job Description: - Provide effective customer service to customer to make sure customer are satisfied with our services
- Answer phones and respond to customer request
- Provide customers with products and service information
- Identify and resolve customer issue
- Follow up on customer inquires
- Control all product in the showroom
- Issue invoice to customer
- Record monthly usage of utilities and confirm to customers
- Check and follow up with Technical team on the replacement & repair of equipments and other supplies
Essential Requirements
- Graduated high school or under graduated university
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skill/team work
- Honest with commitment
- Good communication
- Friendly
- Good appearance
