- At least 4-year working experiences on Monitoring and Evaluation
- Knowledge and understanding of rural farmers context and complex project’s activities
- Able to work under pressure and flexible time
- Willing to travel to provinces within Cambodia
- Able to work as part of team and to meet deadlines
- Good in written Khmer and English report
