• To supervise and guide the Sales Rep and promotion coordinator that are under his/her assigned areas. To ensure that performance are at optimal level
• Monitor closely the sales performance of the company’s brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved
• Measure and evaluate the performance of the sales force and distributor
• To execute promotional and merchandising activities as assigned
• To support Sales Representatives in negotiation of sponsorships and contracts
• To manage the distribution and to ensure that the distributors achieve their set targets
• To generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
• To ensure that all claims are complied with company policy

Essential Requirements

• University degree in Sales/Marketing or similar
• 2 or 3 years experience in sales job preferably with FMCG Company
• Computer knowledge (Ms. Office Applications)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, written and spoken
• Possess valid driving license
• Be able to work at night
• Good human relationship
• Team spirit
• Honesty-Loyalty
• Sense of responsibility
