CFI's emphasis on starting up smalland medium enterprises in the communities comes from the idea thatsustainable employment can help improve the other devastating effectsof poverty by helping fund other social infrastructure when and if thesmall enterprise is successful enough.
CFI intends to create other ventures on the same model in order to create a genuine return for the whole of the community

Our organization is currently seeking to recruit a Cambodian Marketing and Sales Manager with a good educational
background to work at our Head Office based in Siem Reap and regular travel through Cambodia. The successful
candidate will be required to market our mosquito net and other complimentary items which are being produced at our
sewing centre As the successful candidate you will be passionate about the fight against poverty and its causes and be
looking for a role in an NGO where you can make a real difference. This role will suit a passionate and creative individual
who has a history of successful product / service based marketing and sales experience. Your ability to influence and
negotiate will be vital.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and sale our ‐ mosquito nets and other garment products to NGO's, International
Organizations, Hotels.
- Implement and maintain customer database
- Develop product and be responsible for quality control issues
- Responsible for developing media profile and advertising of product
- Contact and cooperate with local authority and relevant organizations

- Degree in Marketing / Sales or relevant field
- Demonstrated proven marketing and sales experience
- Media relations experience and skills with experience in developing media profile and
advertising
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of
stakeholders
- Properly spoken and written Khmer and English languages
- Must be honest, have a positive attitude and attentive to details
- Comfortable working with a young dynamic NGO
- Willing to travel to Phnom Penh and other provinces as required
- Proficient in the use of computer: all office applications, E‐mail & internet
