CSARO is seeking a qualified Cambodia n national (male or female) for the above position base in STUNG TRENG Province.

- Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, promotion, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions
- Monitoring all aspect of staff daily performance, communication, monthly collecting progress report from staff to compile quarterly report in English submit to director, donor partners and local authority government
- Develop project planning, proposal writing and the overall management of the projects
- Manages daily financial activities of the project which include budget preparation and control, accounting, purchasing, compliance with organization policies & procedures
- Check and approve all budget requests from staff for program activities
- Designs, facilitates various campaigns/events in support of the projects; other activities and events, as appropriate
- Communicate NGOs, Partners and Local Government in order to support and improve the Solid Waste Management Project
- Represents the organization at various community and/or business meetings, committees, promotes existing and new programs
