    Country Sales Manager :
    - Help NSM to achievement of company's commercial strategies and objectives.
    - Provide RSM guidance and direction.
    - Ensure within corporate and company strategic guidelines the development of sales policies which will maintain and expand the commercial position of the company network
    - Manage distributor network in the assigned area and to achieve distribution target by regions and outlet types
    - Monitor closely the sales performance of the company's brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved
    - Help NSM to review frequently the relative performance in the market of each category of product and initiate promotional sales campaigns aimed at strengthening the commercial position of the company in the market
    - Set standards to monitor sales personnel performance
    - Ensure the development and maintaining of good business relations with key customer accounts, trade-associations, major customers agencies, and the public at large, in accordance with corporate and company policy and existing local cultural standards
    - Help NSM to ensure the development and maintenance of the sales organization, so as to achieve the commercial objectives and to have a continuously available sufficient, motivated and well-trained personnel
    - To set and manage sales expenses in accordance to agreed targets and ensure all related expenses are optimally spent
    - To motivate, coach and train sales team to be amongst the best in Cambodia

    Regional Sales Executive :
    - Support the achievement of company's commercial strategies and objectives
    - Ensure within corporate and company strategic guidelines the development of sales policies which will maintain and expand the commercial position of the company network
    - Manage distributor network and to achieve distribution target by regions and outlet types
    - Monitor closely the sales performance of the company's brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved
    - Review frequently the relative performance in the market of each category of product and initiate promotional sales campaigns aimed at strengthening the commercial position of the company in the market
    - Set standards to monitor sales personnel and distributor performance
    - Develop and operate sales information system, within the commercial department, so as to achieve a continuous insight into the sales performance and progress as well as deviations from forecasts and planning
    - Ensure the development and maintaining of good business relations with key customer accounts, trade-associations, major customers agencies, and the public at large, in accordance with corporate and company policy and existing local cultural standards
    - Ensure the maintenance of the sales organization, so as to achieve the commercial objectives and to have continuously available sufficient, motivated and well-trained personnel
    - To motivate and coach sales team and distributors to be more professional
    - To support business development project to ensure that distributors are amongst the best in Cambodia
    - To well manage Regional Account and expenditures according to company policy
    - To develop, implement and evaluate Regional Plans within designated areas so as to achieve optimal results

    Sales Supervisor :
    - To supervise and guide the Sales Rep and promotion coordinator that are under his/her assigned areas. To ensure that performance are at optimal level
    - Monitor closely the sales performance of the company's brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved
    - Measure and evaluate the performance of the sales force and distributor
    - To execute promotional and merchandising activities as assigned
    - To support Sales Representatives in negotiation of sponsorships and contracts
    - To manage the distribution and to ensure that the distributors achieve their set targets
    - To generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
    - To ensure that all claims are complied with company policy

    Distributor Development Supervisor :
    - Work with existing distributors to develop and achieve
    Ex-brewery monthly sales targets
    - Effectively communicate and implement sales promotions and strategies, CBL policies and processes to/with distributors
    - Establish training programs for distributors and staff to improve customer service and overall CBL brand(s) sales
    - Work with distributors to establish:
    - Effective Route to Market plans
    - Distributor SR journey plans
    - Specify and document Outlet universe
    - Outlet volume database
    - Annual Distributor Business Plan
    - Annual Distributor Sales & Marketing Plan
    - Accurate and complete Distributor Profiles
    - Consistent execution of Distributor 7 Step Call Plan
    - Insure Distributors follow / adhere to CBL Guidelines and requirements for being a CBL Distributor
    - Assist DDM in appointing new distributors / sub-distributors, as needed
    - Monitor/evaluate effectiveness DIP with Distributors in given territory
    - Conduct Annual Business Review and Quarterly - 6 Month Business Review Update meetings with distributors
    - Insure Distributors in territory attend and participate in National Quarterly Distributor Meetings
    - Communicate verbally and in-writing daily/weekly with DDM on issues in respective territory relating to Distributors and sub-distributors
    - Conduct annual Strategic Partnership Selection (SPS) assessment for each assigned distributor

    Brand Executive :
    - Work with advertising and media agencies to implement marketing plan activities
    - Assist in planning and implementing the National Consumer Promotion and assist in Location Marketing activities
    - Responsible for brand sponsorship events and PR activities
    - Assist in developing new merchandising materials i.e. POS, Amenities premiums and signage
    - Responsible for any packaging update or new product launch
    - Carry out market research and audit with the consent of marketing manager
    - Conduct monthly market visit (inclusive of provinces) to keep abreast of market's development
    - Other duties assigned by superiors

    Brand Assistant :
    - Work with advertising and media agencies to implement marketing plan activities

    job Requirement:
    Country Sales Manager :
    - Preferably 4-6 years of experience in the areas of Sales and Marketing management
