    Recruit, hire and develop Sales Executive staff:
    Effectively recruit, screen candidates, and approve employee hires
    Coordinate an intensive, high quality training program for newly hired Account Executive
    Direct, supervise, and develop the Sales Department personnel to ensure a highly motivated and efficient staff:
    Daily management of a team of Account Executives to meet sales and revenue goals through by applying an efficient sales and opportunity management process. Coach and direct and provide corrective action as necessary to improve performance
    Design, implement, and supervise special sales contests to motivate Account Executives and to increase revenue
    Oversee center territory management:
    Effectively distribute and manage individual territories by Account Executive
    Set territory sales and revenue expectations with Account Executives
    Monitor performance against expectations
    Manage territory conflict and transfer accounts as necessary
    Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals:
    Compare the monthly net income results with training center objectives. Formulate plans to meet and exceed objectives
    Monitor cash collection results by Account Executives and initiate corrective actions to meet cash flow objectives
    Develop and administer the department's operating budget. Assume responsibility for the department equipment and supplies. Establish procedures and controls to protect assets from damage and theft
    Monitor sales trends; recommend new products and marketing strategies as appropriate
    Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the General Manager
    -- Operation Manager --
    Direct, supervise, and develop the Operation Department personnel to ensure a highly motivated and efficient staff
    Create the trimester schedule. Coordinate timely publication and distribution
    Direct the optimum utilization of instructors, classrooms, computers, and other resources to deliver training:
    Establish and maintain systems to monitor student attendance by each class
    Assign instructors and other resources considering the student demand and the objectives approved by the General Manager. Approve independent instructor contracts
    Coordinate class schedules and proposed changes with Sales Manager
    Research special request and advise Sales Manager as appropriate
    Monitor on-site training delivery costs. Approve invoices for hotel and other resources in accordance with NH guidelines
    Develop, administer, and is accountable for the departments operating budget
    Develop and recommend budgeting requirements for instructors and other resources required for training
    Assume responsibility for the department equipment and supplies, establishes reasonable procedures and controls to protect assets from damage and theft
    Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the General Manager
    -- Instructor --
    Teach assigned classes
    Assist the Training Manager in supporting the Sales Department
    Provide knowledge base to Account Executives in areas of expertise
    Assist Account Executives in determining client needs
    Set up computers at onsite locations and perform basic troubleshooting when equipment is not operational
    Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the Training Manager
    -- Sales Executive --
    Ensure achievement of sales target
    Make sales call at least 5 (both new and existing) per day
    Generate/explore new business opportunities in assigned industry
    Identify and qualify prospect, and then convert them to become our customers
    Do direct selling of company products, services and solutions to the prospects and customers in assigned industry
    Effectively implement an overall sales plan and strategy for company products and services set by company
    Collaborate with product manager to ensure the vendor target is met
    Escalate the task if it is beyond capacity
    Provide real time market and competitors information in industry to Direct Manager
    Provide the sales reports such as Weekly Sales Call Plan, Sales Forecast Revenue, Win-Lost Report, opportunities list and Daily Activities to Direct Manager
    Strongly and regularly use our internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to update all activities, customers contact, Accounts, sales opportunities and competitor activities
    Deliver the world-class service to our customers
    Perform other tasks requested by supervisor as and when needed
    job Requirement:
    - Sales Manager
    Bachelor degree, emphasis in education or computer science preferred
    At least three year experiences in Sales with demonstrated managerial abilities
    Computer literacy
