Job Description: Action on Disability and Development (ADD) is a UK International development agency was established in 1985. ADD has been active in Cambodia since 1995. ADD Cambodia works with disabled people to build capacity of disabled people organizations to influence policy and practice contributing to end social exclusion and poverty. We work directly with 7 organizations of disabled people and indirectly with 21 organizations of disabled people in Cambodia.

job Requirement: >> Person specification
A proven background in the management implementing partners, project cycle management, financial management, facilitation skills with international development agencies, as well as a good understanding of disability as a human rights issues.
>> Essential requirements
• A higher degree in pubic health, international development studies or related field,
• Proven ability in project management including design and planning, budget control and reporting to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated success in working effectively with a wide rang of stakeholders including senior levels of government, institutional donors, international agencies, partners and civil society
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff and partners;
• Good team player with the ability to motivate and encourage the participation of others
• Highly developed skills and approaches to encourage organizational learning
• Significant field experience with an international organization in a developing country context
• An understanding/knowledge of disability issues in developing and under-developing country context
>> Desirable requirements
• Experience and knowledge in development issues and strategies towards improving health outcomes
• Experience of working with disabled people and their organizations
• English language fluency
• Person with disabilities
