Job Description | | | 1. Meeting clients to discuss their needs;
2. Interpreting the client’s business needs;
3. Estimating the time required to complete the work
4. Developing design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues;
5. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
6. Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and client;
7. Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
8. Multi-tasking: graphic designers often work on more than one design brief at a time;
9. Using a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design;
10. Producing accurate and high quality work;
11. Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
12. Keeping abreast of developments in IT, particularly design programs such as Quark Xpress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash
13. Working well in a team, with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, and marketing specialists;
14. Working to tight deadlines.

Required Skills/Experience | | | 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
2. 01 year experience with Printing house and/or Marketing agency
3. Sound experiences in using Coral Draw, Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator and Auto Cad
4. Creative ideas and concept
5. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline
6. Teamwork
7. Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
