| JOB PURPOSE | |
| To ensure the finance, accounting and administration areas run smoothly and to cooperate with the team members to provide high quality service in education and training to FTMS’ clients | |
| JOB REQUIREMENT | |
| • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management • More than 2 years experience in administration and accounting work • Careful and detail oriented • Hard working and honest • Team work spirit • Time management skill • Strong English proficiency • Good IT skills • Positive attitude, willing to learn new things and willing to adapt |

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | |
| 1.1 Financial:
• Monitoring and handling financial aspects effectively, i.e. reconciling collections and enrolments, reconciling nets, credit card payments with collections. |
|
1.2 Office administration: Liaising with suppliers on administrative purchases, e.g.:
stationery, toners, refreshments, etc.
• Liaising with infrastructure/resource partners, i.e. photocopier, printer, computer system maintenance, etc.
• Handling and controlling of postal, courier services, etc.
• Liaising with banks on bank matters.
1.3 Education administration:
• Handling and coordinating all administrative aspects of the programs
• Coordinating and liaising with local and foreign partners on all administrative issues
• Ensuring the smooth running of programs and classes
• Coordinating of preparation of training materials
• Preparing relevant reports crucial to the effective monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the lecturers and program.
• Liaising with FTMS Group colleagues in relevant and similar capacity.
• Managing the inventory of books and other materials for all programs.
2. Liaising with the Group Financial Controller to ensure all financial figures are accurate.
3. Providing necessary, accurate and timely financial information to the Center Manager.
4. Providing necessary meaningful financial & management reports to assist the Center Manager to make decision.
5. Assisting the Center Manager in all aspects of administration of the school.
6. Coordinating and liaising with local and foreign partners on the programs provided.
7. Continuously evaluate and progressively enhance all aspects pertaining to quality standards.
8. Effectively overseeing administrative activities between the company and its foreign partners.
9. Liaising with the various government bodies, e.g.: MOE, Immigration, Tax, MoF etc.
10. Effectively manage the infrastructure to ensure a professional image is portrayed at all times.
11. Liaison with FTMS Group colleagues in relevant and similar capacity.
12. Any other business, which may occur from time to time.
