• Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.
• Provide and interpret legal information and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staff.
• Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they comply with all statutory or legal requirements.
• Formulate compliance checklists to be used for ensuring that all information  required is provided accordingly.
• Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the  executive management’s attention.
• Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support variousbusiness activities.

• Install services; new Dialup, PIC, MyDSL, and SDSL for new subscribers
• Install network at customer premises
• Provide solutions for customers with high usage caused by spy ware, virus attack and other malicious software.
• Solve problems in the email system, connection and network, and conduct telephone quality testing.
• Assist Sales/Customer Service Department in answering technical questions or settling technical issues.
• Provide support to customers by phone advice, email or by visiting customer premises regarding technical issue.
• Man the Help Desk as assigned (Saturday, Sunday and public holiday)
