| **** AWARD Award Type:Scholarship Annual # of awards:20 Purpose:Diversity Abroad, in cooperation with AIFS, will offer twenty, $1,000 scholarships for fall 2008, spring 2009 and summer 2009 study abroad. Six scholarship are available for the fall, six for the spring and eight for the summer. Scholarships are only available for students studying or interning abroad on programs offered by a Diversity Abroad member organization. Economically disadvantaged students, African-American, Asian-American, Hispanic/Latino and Native-American students are strongly encouraged to apply.
