Purpose:The scheme known as the Oceanic Quality Education Plan School Fees Plan Product (“the QED facility”) is specifically designed for the purpose of financing school fees payments on behalf of any qualified Nigerian applicants that apply to further his/her education abroad through any of those schools we are representing.
